October 18th, 2005 – So much to do so little time…

Where has the time gone? It’s easy to forget that you’re a tourist when you’re working full time and living in a place. We spent an evening getting excited about travelling Australia and our decision to settle in Melbourne by going through our tourist brochures. Our main focus was targeting anything in the Sydney vicinity that we want to experience before we head over to Thailand in December. We have set a pretty ambitious schedule for ourselves for our last month here. Every weekend is booked until we leave and weekdays will be for organizing storage, shipping etc. A good friend of mine from University is in town for the next three weeks, Erica’s old roommate Char. I haven’t seen her since she graduated and am looking forward to seeing a familiar face. My cousin Jeff and Jane just contacted us about meeting up with them along the Gold Coast within the next month. So to top off our Sydney adventures we’re trying to get organized enough to spend a week with Jane on her home turf over in Brisbane.
